Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kathmandu gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return period for all Summit Club members and 30 days for non-members. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the product is unused.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
